At the start of February, Timebased Events produced a glittering gala dinner, raising a staggering £2million to support disadvantaged young people in turning their lives around.
Celebrities and city high-fliers joined HRH at Old Billingsgate for the annual Invest in Futures dinner, hosted by Joanna Lumley OBE and Hugh Dennis. Lighting designers Squidsoup created a spectacular light installation to illuminate the space with ambient dynamic clouds and abstract visuals through to a vibrant VJ set to accompany a live performance by Kylie.
Jerry Hall, Damian Lewis, Fearne Cotton, Boris Becker, Geri Horner, Tinie Tempah, Kelly Hoppen MBE, Jon Culshaw and Philip Schofield joined in the festivities, which included a silent auction and an incredibly moving and inspiring speech by Young ambassador Laura Tombs.
